To say that I was an article on health nut would be an understatement but today I try not read anything health related at all. If you’re not careful, your start realizing your friends are avoiding you because you bore them silly about being healthy. I used to be fat, lazy, and out of shape, and it made me absolutely miserable, but since I finally got my body back into shape, I have been doing everything that I can to keep myself as healthy as possible.
I just had to keep up to date with every new exercise workout, diet ideas and supplements to help prolong my life. I just get annoyed when I read articles on health now because I have read so many that tell you one thing is really good for you one day then say how bad it is the next. One day, soon type of food, such as soy, is good for you, and the next day an article on health says that increases food allergens and promotes the development of female hormones in males. I swear, all I want is to find the perfect diet, the perfect exercise routine, and the perfect lifestyle to keep myself as healthy as I can for as long as I possibly can.
Sometimes you become your own worst enemy by reading all the articles that contradict because you just become confused and disillusioned. I can’t help thinking of three recent examples of annoying contradictions, alcohol, chocolate and coffee. You see, I have always enjoyed dark chocolate, a glass of Guinness, coffee and the odd glass of red wine, all of which are supposedly bad for your health, but now the opposite is true as long as it’s in moderation. I can see that very BLDC Brushless DC Motors soon these same experts will tell us to forget everything they have told us about our cholesterol levels and to start consuming cake, fast foods and ice cream again.
I suppose what all this has taught me is to take responsibility for my own health and lifestyle. So I have decided I can still read as many articles on health that I like but choose how much notice I should or should not take of them. I think I will still read articles on health because some of the information does make sense but in future I just want to be the judge. Of course I want to have a healthier life and be happier at the same time but I believe it is now down to my judgment with very little interference from the food police.
